Special SEC Annual Meeting Update

Pastors who are attending should be reminded that the Ministerium Meeting begins at 1:00 pm on Thursday and their ministerial dues are due at this meeting. After the meeting a late fee will be assessed. Also pastor should remember to bring your church's "Bringing My World To Christ Lists" with you to bring forward at the Annual Meeting Banquet on Friday evening. An offering will be taken for the minister's crisis fund on Thursday evening during our worship service. The service begins at 7:30 pm at Kingdom Builders Covenant Church in Decatur, Georgia.

Church Chairs are reminded of our session with all church chairs of our local churches being held on Friday at noon in the Clarion Hotel. Please register at the registration table.

ACCW (clergy women) members will meet on Friday at 2:30 pm at the Clarion Hotel.

SEC Partners are reminded to bring their minimum donations of $100/person renewal or for signing up for first time partners. Our 2nd annual partners dinner will be held on Thursday at 5:30 pm at Kingdom Builders Covenant Church. Please bring your partner's t-shirt to wear during the conference and encourage others to ask about the mission.

AAMA (African American Ministers Association) members will meet on Friday evening after the banquet at the Clarion Hotel.

Children attending the conference are invited to join the SEC Children's Choir. They will sing on Friday evening during the banquet. Please register your children for the two rehearsals on Thursday during the ministerium meeting and on Friday morning after the workshops end.

There are two workshops offered on Friday morning one for children to experience the excitement of attending the SEC Trailblazer Camp and one for youth in the 6th - 12th grades to experience the awesome formation of SEC Youth Retreats. If you have children and youth coming with you, please register them to attend one of these workshops.

Women attending the annual Meeting are reminded of the SEC Women Ministries Business Meeting on Friday morning at 11:15 am being held at New Life Covenant Church in Atlanta. The Women Ministries Luncheon will follow the business meeting and is scheduled to begin at 12:15 pm at New Life Covenant Church in Atlanta.

All participants will be able to help match a donors gift on Friday evening at the banquet. Please come prepared to help us reach the matching gift of $5,000.00. The banquet will be held on Friday evening at 6:00 pm at the Clarion Hotel.

The SEC Annual Business Meeting will begin on Saturday morning at 9:00 am at Kingdom Builders Covenant Church. All annual meeting participants are invited to join us.

You don't have to hurry home. Everyone staying over on Saturday is invited to attend Sunday worship service at one of the four metro-Atlanta Covenant Churches.
